The government has vowed to “go after” those responsible for horrific failures within the NHS which may have led to the deaths of over 200 babies. Writing in the Daily Telegraph, the health secretary, Sajid Javid, said that Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust “failed to investigate, failed to learn and failed to improve” and will leave “no stone unturned” in finding those responsible.
