It is Reaction Digital Media’s policy to suspend access to content once a properly communicated and reasonable complaint has been received in accordance with the EU Copyright Directive 2001 & Electronic Communications Act 2000.
Every effort will have been made in the process of designing, compiling, creating, publishing and editing the website, materials, content and articles to ensure that the content does not infringe the law, such risk cannot be entirely mitigated or eliminated. This document aims to provide clarity about Reaction Digital Media Ltd’s policy in relation to these matters and details the process that should be followed to make a complaint.
Take-down notice
In the event that you are the rightful owner of copyrighted material that is used or published by Reaction Digital Media Ltd that you have not previously consented to be used or otherwise displayed in violation with any contractual arrangements in place. In such circumstances, please provide us with written notification of your objection along with proof of identification and ownership. Upon receipt by us of this notification, access to the content in question will be suspended forthwith.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt.

In order to enable us to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
- The jurisdiction, category and type of content subject to the complaint.
- As much detail as possible in order for the specific content to be identified including any supplementary documentation or graphical elements.
- An affirmation that you are the legal owner of the content, or you are otherwise authorised to act on behalf of such individual or that you are the creator of said material and therefore have moral rights deriving thereof.
- The nature of the unauthorised use e.g. defamation, breach of confidence, data protection.
If the complaint is on grounds other than copyright/related issues:
- Specify the nature of the complaint e.g. defamation, breach of confidence, data protection.
- Specify the law said to have been infringed.
- Pinpoint and explain the offending content with as much detail as possible.
- Request the nature of action that you wish to be taken by Reaction Digital Media Ltd i.e. remove it from the website/cease further use of the material/withdraw from circulation.
- Outline what other steps you have taken or intend to take in order to protect your rights.
