Boris Johnson’s long-awaited report into racial and ethnic disparities has finally been published, and boy are the woke brigade apoplectic. The Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities – set up following last summer’s Black Lives Matter demonstrations – has concluded that while “overt and outright racism persists” in 21st century Britain, it is not institutionally racist and is a “beacon to the rest of Europe and the world”.
