Trooping the Colour BBC One, Thursday 2 June at 10 am BBC One will be streaming coverage of the pageantry and spectacle of the ceremony to mark the official birthday of Queen Elizabeth II, performed by British and Commonwealth army regiments at Horse Guards Parade. Huw Edwards, Kirsty Young and JJ Chalmers will present the event. The morning’s events will also celebrate Her Majesty’s 70 years on the throne with an expected appearance of members of the royal family expected to assemble on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for a special jubilee flypast.
