It’s strange that the former health secretary chose a vocal lockdown sceptic and notorious mischief-maker to co-author his book and didn’t expect trouble further down the line.
Team Hancock claims the WhatsApp leaks are a “distorted account” that is “spun to fit an anti-lockdown agenda”.
