Tim Montgomerie and Maggie Pagano offer their public advice to a channel they still believe can flourish: (1) Keep Guto Harri – you can’t be for free speech in Britain but against it on your own shows. (2) You are a “News” channel – have news bulletins as well as weather forecasts. (3) Fox’s top presenters only do sixty minutes per night. Three hour slots for presenters are too long if you want to produce quality, curated broadcasting. (4) Give slots to outfits already producing quality output on YouTube (like UnHerd and the New Culture Forum). (5) Balance the opposition to ‘wokery’ with more coverage of some of the economic challenges facing your viewers.
