Answer: two – one to screw in the bulb, and one to ensure that the job is undertaken in accordance with the station’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity, and the fair representation of all genders, ethnicities, sexualities, disabilities and backgrounds to produce a workplace culture truly reflective of the wider community.
